I did forget to mention the party was an afternoon barbeque type
party. These guys don't go to regular evening parties or any evening function in shorts and tank tops.Or rarely anywhere out of the apartment like that.I was in shorts myself. No tank top.
And my girlfriend.I thought those were tastefull swim suit shots.

Don't wear shorts, tank tops, sandals, etc. to meet beautiful young Colombianas.

If it's a pool party and everyone is invited in pool attire, then OK.

Steve,
Come on,they were supposed to wear long pants to a Sunday
afternoon barbeque when its 90?Just because some latina my be offended or not impressed?I seriously doubt it made a bit of difference to the girls under the circumstance.
And they need to get over it if it did, because gringos don't walk around in long pants at 90 degree outdoor parties.Get used to it now,its what your getting later.
Some things are non negotiable.
Now,one guy could have skipped the tank top.Thats uneccesary.
And everybody was invited in pool attire.Margareth said she was bringing her 30 best looking girls and they would be wearing bikinis.Well it was 15 who wanted free food and drink, some pretty good looking.Only 2 I remember got in a bikini, and they went in the hot tub,not the pool.Lanny even warned the lady who runs the building there would be 30 girls in bikinis at the pool.I was thinking of a good group photo,me and 30 chicas in bikinis.Didn't happen. And that was back when Donery was so scarred I would go for another chica.
Now I will.

This is the kind of mentality used by men who have a wife that doesn't want to make love to them.

It's also the kind of mentality used by men who have a girlfriend who will steal money from them.

We are pragmatists.  They are traditionalists.  Get Over It.

Which brings us to another song co-written by Texas' Don Henley: How Bad Do You Want It?

PS: Don says "Not bad enough."

Steve,
In this case,in this particular circumstance I'm not sure you understand,I think it NBFD.And if it was to them, they need to get over it.
I do concur out on the town or first meeting at an agency you should dress very well, which alot of guys violate.
This was a whole different circumstance,a barbeque,a pool party for (censored by fundamentalists) sake.
