To answer your question...I would not pick either one for wife material..you stated in your scenario "Both want to live in the USA"  I want someone in my life whose partial if not total agenda is not to "Live in the USA" which I currently have from with my girl from Lima Peru. Wanting to come here has never been a priority...Love is the priority.

You can have them both for wife material due to their "priorities" ...now for casual dating I will take the one "with sexy and revealing attire"....I just will not marry her!!!!!

My fiancee is also Peruvian, so I know what you mean.  It seems that, as with a few other LA countries, Peruvian women actually desire to live in their countries as opposed to USA.  I don't say that out of American arrogance.  It's just that Peru is so impoverished.  But I guess money doesn't always equal comfort.
