This guy who does computer work for me has a small computer store.He built 2 pentium 4 2.8 computers for this guy.The guy sent 2 guys with guns over to pick up the computers.He said the cops will do nothing.He is deppresed,it took alot of his working capital.Plus probably wonders what the hell he is doing here.He is a US citizen from Puerto Rico,could live in the states but he married a Calena who wants to live here.
Same guy has a friend who teaches english.He was down on Avenida Sexta with a gringo friend.They came out of a bar at 4 AM.The gringo was wearing a gold chain(almost terminally stupid).Right on Sexta while waiting for a cab these guys grabbed the guy to take his chain.
The teached knocked one of them down.The other 2 guys had the chain and split.A crowd gathered and was kicking and hitting the theif who was down.A cab driver got out,stabbed the guy(the theif) and left.Then the cops showed up.The teacher and gringo went to jail for 3 days.Now the teacher is worried the robber who was wounded will try to retaliate.I guess it is an open police record where he lives.
