The comparison between FSU women and LW is interesting on many fronts.  But I am curious about how American Women compare.  There are obviously pros/cons with all women.  Lets throw in asians too, particularly filipinas, who arguably are half latina half asian.

Anyone interested in submitting comprehensive pro/con lists?  I hope to get input from members of all the boards here.

I looked at the site.  It's amazing that such people exist.  Since the owner of the forum clearly states that he won't allow any people who disagree with his extreme views, I will offer my commentary here.

Like most people on this forum, I have no desire to date AW.  I just feel that with the options available to women in the US (careers, leadership opportunities) not many have an incentive to want to build a new relationship and do the work and compromise necessary.  Since beautiful women in Latin America consider me ideal and average looking women here don't feel I meet their required level of peerfection, I'm out of that game.

The point of this individual is that women have created every problem men have due to the fact they are all femenists and evil.  He states that AW women consider all sex rape.  I am fairly well read but I have never heard anyone say that,  He implies that calling 911 is too easy.  I personally don't feel women should be beaten.

My ex Colombian wife called 911 frequently for stupid reasons, never domestic violence.  They never arrested me.  I feel that any man who hits a woman for any reason needs to go to jail.  You don't go to jail for arguing or raising your voice.

The man is terrified that a homosexual would try to post on his web site.  WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD A HOMOSEXUAL HAVE ANY INTEREST IN HIS WEB SITE.  I don't know a lot about homosexuality but I would guess that very few of them have any interest in American women.

I wanted to find a wife in LA because I love Latin women's charm and femininity and because lots of great women find me attractive.  One reason they find so many of us attractive is that they have fewer options than AW.  I have no desire or need to write tirades against AW.

Thanks for letting us know that these people really exist and take themselves seriously.

Nice post.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, especially on the "..why I opt-out of dating AW.."; the return of the investment of time (much less anything else) is so horribly low.

Whoever the guy is who runs that site...he has some severe emotional impairment, and as you said, merely wants to hear from people who agree with him.

Get the picture.  I like long hair.  I find many more Latinas and Asians are willing to keep their hair longer and straigther (which I also prefer) than American women.  American women like to "housewife" their hair, as I call it when they hit about 25 or 30.  Many are pursuing a career and they have this opinion that if they have long sexy hair men won't take them seriously.  Maybe they should get breast reduction while they're at it.

I remember when Faith Hill was the hot new country diva and she looked great in her video.  Then she cut her hair and lost that impact.  I saw her in an interview and she said something like "What's the big deal?  It's just hair."  Well, she's right and she's wrong.  Hair really doesn't serve any purpose, but I have zero interest in women with short hair.  If a woman wants to look 10 years older, the fastest way is to cut her hair.  But who wants to look older?

Fortunately my wife loves to keep her hair long.  She has long, straight dark hair down to her lower back.  I went with her to get her hair trimmed last month.  The stylist wanted to take off about 6 inches because she had a lot of split ends.  My wife went into a panic.  She let her cut off 2 inches.  A girl after my own heart.  She's loca, but she's the best in my eyes.

This African lady, who had long hair, told me it was a "weave".

If it wasn't for bad luck, I would have no luck at all.

I HATE FAKE HAIR!!!!!

And it sent me into a tizzy when my ex-novia colored her hair and chopped it off.

That was the beginning of the end to our relationship.

Steve,

Like you, I appreciate long hair on women.  Actually if the truth be known I am crazy about long hair.  A woman, even if she is a bit overweight and average looking, is always more appealing with long beautiful hair.  I agree, as soon as a woman whacks off her hair she looks much less feminine and the allure has gone.

Another long hair aficionado buddy of mine and I have talked about this subject numerous times.  Like what is one of the first things a long haired woman does when she gets a divorce...yep, a major haircut.  Ever seen short haired women ridicule a lady with long hair and try to encourage her to cut her hair?  The reason is probably because they are jealous and don't want all the guys gawking at those long tresses.  If you ask most guys if they prefer long or short hair on women, the overwhelming majority will choose long hair.  So why aren’t women growing their hair out to please a guy?

Before the turn of the century all American women had long hair.  It was the rebellious Flapper movement where women were brazen enough to don pants, smoke, want to vote, and cut their hair that started the short hair popularity.

One local Hispanic married woman that works in a grocery store has hair down to her knees.  You would go ape if you saw it Steve.  Long, straight, thick and shiny.  I was admiring her walking down the aisle the other day and noticed she had this impish smile on her face.  She was looking all around to see if anyone was watching her when all of a sudden she did a forward flip without touching her hands to the ground!  What a site to behold all that hair in full swing, extending away from her body!  She never missed a beat, keeping her stride and walked away.  I just stood there with my mouth open while picking up some fruit off the ground that I dropped.

I was surprised somewhat on my trips to LA that I did not see more LW with really long hair.  Perhaps it is a city phenomenon with more of the ladies living in smaller towns wearing longer hair.  When it comes to super long hair the Asians have the Latinas beat, some reaching to the floor and beyond.

boy i just love to sit in the mornin, cuppa joe in hand, and read ya'll's posts. we're so much alike here. (Except for you looney right wingers!) HAIR? yep, gotta be long. my first wife, a gringa, (Eeeww!) in college, had waist length strawberry blonde hair and was state champion bicycle racer for 8 years straight. her face and bootie were goddesslike.  that pony tail waving in the wind as she danced on those pedals had all mi companeros muy celososo constantamente. my second wife, from a village in NEPAL (an unexplored source of beautiful willing girls) also had crotch length black hair. I was 33, she 17. we were married 10 years. now, her cousin, 23, also has mid back long hair, we've been together 4 years. Ahh, but its nearing "trade in " time. and the only girls i look at have long hair. when i was in BAQ in nov. one date was fantastic looking with huge t***, 22, petite, super educated, but her hair was butch short, and she had a tatoo on her back the size of a football. YUK! she kept calling and calling. i couldnt believe a 46 yr old gringo was rejecting someone like her! Yep, long hair is the only way to have 'emm. (more info on Nepali girls? ask me. needs an agency there!, but now im a latinaphile.)

Long dark hair on a woman is definitely a turn on for me, but it has to be thick...that comes out of the mouth of a guy who shaves his skull!

I think if a woman has the right facial features and a voluptuous body (the kind a man can get lost in) she can look very good with short straight hair (no flips, bobs, little curls) I think Halle Berry is the bomb with short hair, I don;'t find her as attractive with long hair.  IMHO, other very good looking short haired women...Demi Moore (from Ghost), Amannda Donahoe, the blonde immortal from the Highalnder spinoff series, Cary Lowell (Richard Gere's current wife ) from the Bond movie, License to Kill) and TV's Law and Order.

As for American women making themselves less attractive by cutting their hair, i agree completel. Very rarely do I see an American woman with long hair, unless they are young.  I can remember 5 years ago, sitting in a church congregation in Oregon with my (then wife) looking at these 35 year old-45 year old women who had intermediate neuter haircuts, wore denim jumpers over colored T shirts, butt ugly shoes and thinking to myself there wasn't a single woman in the entire church who took the time to look like a woman. The combination of American feminism and women's liberation and conservative Christian values have completely made many American women asexual.

The thing about Latin women is they take time to be a woman.  I don't give my wife any adise on how to look beautiful.  He hair is about to the middle of her back, not extra long but I offer her no advise only sincere compliments of her beauty.  The key is Latin women are experts in femininity.

Pablo

Great post.  My sentiments exactly.

However, I wouldn't want a woman with hair to the floor.  To me that carries it a little too far and it looses its proportion.  I saw Crystal Gayle, now in her 50s, still has hair down to about her knees.  Incredible.  And she is still very beautiful in the face, too.

I saw the other day Alanis Morrisett whacked her hair.  She doesn't have a striking face, in my opinion, but she always caught my attention with her long hair.  Not now.  Oh well.  My woman is the only one that really matters to me and she still has long straight hair.

That reminds me, when I first landed in Bogota in 1999 a 24 year old woman I was writing to met me at the airport.  She had long hair but it was wavy.  I never said anything about it.  When I saw her at the airport she had straightened her hair and I was overwhelmed.  It made her look twice as attractive to me.
