Wife doesn't like to do housework

My wife of three years does not keep our new apartment clean at all in the 1 1/2 years we have lived here. She was much better in our old place, but no where near what I would expect from a traditional Cali woman.

Any one else have similar experiences? What tips, tricks do you have to get the housework done? Lately, I have resorted to doing the lions share.

Thanks for the feedback.

I think she likes it when I pitch in, but I don't think it makes me more sexy to her. But I will keep that in mind.

As far as housework and sex goes she would be more attractive to me if she cleaned the apartment. But I don't complain about the sex, she does.

Her problem isn't being sluggish, she is more the princess variety. She really wants me to do (my) half, but won't say it. When I do, she quietly begins keeping the apartment clean, again. I resist because I earn 100% of the money and want 50% back. This is probably the problem. Since she is not an enemy of dirt, I am going to try to learn to clean what I want cleaned, and not go to war over it. That has been my bad habit in the past.

One positive from this discussion is that she agreed to go back to work. At that time I will be more willing to clean up after her AND work, myself.

Sounds like you got yourself a princess,or a would be one.Perhaps maids always did it before.
Solution,get her a job.40 hours a week might buy 10 hours of a maid in the US.Or move to Colombia where maids are $7 a day.
Or,give her an allowance based on things being clean.
When my wife got a job we split the maid cost.

Actually, my FSU-born exwife was terrific at housework and not so great at the sex part.  It's no wonder I am looking for a latina now.

What's your secret?  Some type of cologne?  Sexual technique?  Injecting your significant other with massive amounts of testosterone?

I don't claim to have any secret, unless maybe I've gained some experience over the years in pleasing a woman.  I try not to be selfish in bed and she is always asking me to return.

I'm not that handsome, but I keep myself in shape and I try to dress nice for her.  If anything I think I got lucky in picking a woman who is very affectionate and dedicated to her man.

I remember when we were together in the agency another gringo saw us and told me he is looking for a woman who will show him as much affection as she was showing me.  And she still does.

After choosing so badly before my best advice is to choose well.  If you go to an agency you will have many women chasing you.  You need to study them carefully and try to choose one that really wants you, not only the other way around.
