Pete,

Juanambu is my favorite barrio to stay in. Not just because it is nice but because of the location.

I would like to try staying at your place when I'm there in March. What are the rules for over-night guests and do you get a private bath with every room?

I hope to be in Cali March 11 thru the 22nd and that isn't enough time to get a break at Traveler's.

Send me an e-mail if you are interested in renting me a room.

Also, is there hot water???

The only rules is I have to like having you around,which is no problem here.All rooms have their own bath.Hot water,yes there is the little water heater  that the places here have,but it is gas.
Lets talk by private mail.I don't want to get in trouble for advertising.But this is not a business,I would just like to cover some of my expenses if its something fun to do anyway.
