You've got a point about the legality issue - however just how many of the "agencies" are operating "legally"?  Has anyone that stayed at an agency actually seen the itemized accomodation charge including tax?  As far as a brothel in a residential neighborhood - dime a dozen.

I see the name of this board is suppose to be Planet love the mail order
bride guide I did not read anywhere Planet love the P...... guide. Now if I
am wrong I am sure sorry this site has sank so low. Go over to the asian
side of this site and see if they would have gave this guy anything but to
drive him off. Not only is he a scammer, he also full of crap. If he wants
to come back let him but I do not think he will last long.  I feel what a
great model to use to get a Latin bride... I sure will follow this guy into
the sunset but some of you swear to this guy and most of you don't
know him at all but believe every word like a giddy teenage girl going out
for her first date the prom.

Agreed.  The only problem most of us probably had with Batman   (never having met him)is that he was selling various kinds of things and then when questioned about them, the tap dancing began.  Thats the only reason I need to discount someone entirely.

But there is plenty of evidence to suggest what he was doing never belonged here, but certainly on other sites.  He doesn't have to be a bad guy or a good guy or any other kind of guy to know better than hawk that stuff here.

Well this suject is dead but - it still appears that nobody that contracted his services; whatever that may have involved, has complained?  Would providing info to a client of where to contract the services of a "P" make one a pimp?  If so, I beter go on record to state "what ever you do, don't go to Avenida Sexta".  I do understand the whole hangup about misrepresentation of the condo ownership, but if there was mutual intent to sale/buy that's just putting the cart before the horse a tad - no harm done.  Folks, bottom line is that the "P" word is legal in Colombia, with both Cartagena and Cali being reknown destinations for that sport.  Anyone that rents a room and allows additional guests will run into a scenario like the bat's scumbag in this tale eventually.
