I have a question, and a friend said you may help, A male friend of mine want to petition his
fiancee but, he is only a student, and still lives with his parents, what is the best way for
her to get here? his parent are willing to sign an affidavit of support for her is this possible.

Jennifer,

Call the INS @ 1-800-375-5283, get a live oporator on the line and explain the situation.  I am not positive, but I don't think the petitioner and the person(s) who sign the Affidavit of Support do not have to be one and the same.  There are others here FAR wiser than I, who know the process better.  But, I know that the operators on the 800 line have been VERY helpful to me and have always been very accurate with their information :c)

Hi Jennifer,

His parents may act as co-sponsers. If their income is not sufficient, they may obtain additional co-sponsers.
