Not every new person registering or person just now posting after registering at some time in the past is someone banned.

I'd say at least 75% of the suspicions are false.  I check not only where these people register from, but where they post from as well and it seldom is what many of you suspect.

Actually, the board seems to have gotten back to what it was designed for in the past couple of weeks, which has been nice (despite some prevailing paranoia).  I personally haven't posted anything since I got back from Sao Paulo, Brazil (with my new wife) back in March, but I have been trolling.  It was getting a little creepy there for awhile, but now there is some new blood and some interesting topics/questions.  Elaine (my wife) is loving Texas - despite the heat!  That was the biggest adjustment for her - going from semi hot very high humidity to very hot medium humidity.  But she is adjusting now.  The poor women didn't have a winter this year - she went from spring to summer to spring to summer.  I think she is looking forward to some cooler weather (I haven't had the heart to tell her it will be mid-October before it cools off here).  Her mother is coming in next Tuesday for a 3 week visit and Elaine is very excited.  Hope her mother likes hot weather.......

Texman, Congradulations on the arrival of your wife.  I am wondering if you could shed a little light on how you met your wife.  Did you use an agency?  Anything you have on Brazil would be great.  Thanks in advance.

Hello Texman,

I haven't seen you post much, but wanted to welcome you even though you've been with us since December.  Also, congrats on the fairly recent marriage!  I hope the upcoming mother in-law visit goes well.  

If you feel so inclined Tex, it sure would be nice hearing about your experiences in Brasil.  I have an interest in this country as well and would appreciate your viewpoint.  

Would you mind sending an email my way as I have a few off board questions for you?
