we were there at 7:00 am, let right in ,jay's appointment was at 9:00am, i had all the forms filled out, pictures etc. at 10:00 am he was interviewed, the questions were, that jay was born early, so 9 months back, i would have not been here! had letter from dr. about premature, no more question.
asked about visa, no more interview, after you get your approval from sc or nvc, you can call the 909 number, go to st lukes, get the papers, the visa work is now done on the 909 number and at st lukes, if there are questions on the doc, you will be called to the embassy for interview.
get all the doc. several copies, passport, cfo, nbi, etc as soon as you can.it looks like they have cut about 3 months off the process.

They really interviewed Jay?? Did he answer all the questions correctly? I'd love to see a transcript of that one...ROFL!

hi ray,
when they called out for jay for his interview, i went up, as i had been to several windows before to answer questions. i went to the window and the consul office said you seem kinda old to be jay? i said oh you want him! yea and his mother.
i dont know why the mother is required since she is not an american citizen, i guess its part of the new process to keep kids from being kidnapped, or sent over seas to be sold, but the interviwer was from virgina, and i am too so it was old home week.
so jay will have a ssn and a passport and owe his life earning to the irs. oh what have i done to him lol
