Does anyone have any advice on a good place to order flowers for my amiga? She lives in Bogota and is not part of an agency.

If you want to send flowers to CALI, check with Edge. His mother-in-law is in the business...I've used her twice, good results both times and better prices than the agencies...but Edge is on vacation now, don't know if you can get ahold of him and I don't know how to get ahold of the mother-in-law directly.
