A friend of mine from South America told me to try Gorilla Mobile to talk to my girlfriend in Cali. I am very impressed with it. I use my cell phone and the quality is excellent. I pay 14 cents a minute with no connection fee. I pay a 5.95 per year usage fee. Actually there is another plan for people who do not have free long distance for calling their New York connection number. With this plan you call a 1-800 number and pay a 15 cent connection fee and the same 14 cents per minute.
I have used this for a while now and have no complaints yet.
