I just submitted my K-1 Visa to the Texas service center. If any one is interested I will keep posting on the progress of the visa to help those who may travel down the same road at some time. If I can help I will answer any other questions.

Go to Google and type in K-1 visa kits or K-1 visa. I used one by the "The American Immigration Network" for $39. It came with a CD with most of the INS forms. The disk is good but your better of going to the INS site for the latest forms. The Kit will give you the basics to get started which should be supplemented by going to various websites of INS lawyers et
