For that you really need someone that can get very comfortable and close to your date. I would definately recommend using a women traslator that you can trust. I wish I new one that I could recomend but I don't have use for a translator.
Walter is very good at getting the phone numbers of women at the malls. If you are not finding the kind of women you are interested in at the agencies then by all means use Walter. You just go the the Mall with him and point out the women you want to meet. He aproaches them and asks if they would be interested in meeting an american friend of his. It's that simple but then you are on your own.
