If you live only eight miles from Reynosa, with a population of nearly 400,000, what do you need an agency for? If I were you, I'd sign up for Spanish lessons in Reynosa three or four days a week, just for starters. The rest will become obvious to you-- make friends with people who are likely to know nice ladies to introduce you to, run a personals ad, if you attend church in TX switch to one in MX, volunteer at an orphanage...
