My novia has to spend about 3 days in Bogota to get some paperwork done at the embassy. Do any of you know any place that is not expensive but still safe?

I stayed at: Hotel Andes Real
            Transversal 43-A #99-38
            Tel: 2530443
It was more like a home with some extra bedrooms, very nice, very safe in the north, cost about $20.
