You told us Stivalis got her visa,but not that she is here.Are you going down to get her?You don't need to fly all the way to Cali,you could meet her in Miami,I'm sure she can get through Miami immigration OK.I think its a piece of cake compared to the embassy in Bogota.
Maybe you could actually have her here by your 3 year anniversary of meeting.Let her see New york before the snow.Don't take her to the Bronx.
