I have been looking around the internet for hotels in Cali.  I would appreciate anyone's advice on some nice places to stay for 2 nights with my novia for a small vacation away from everyone.

I've found  Casa Del Alferez, Dann Carlton, Hotel InterContinental, and Pacifico Royal.   I'm leaning toward the Pacifico Royal but some of you veterans might know of some others.  I've only recently been down to Cali once now and going back in October for a long weekend.

I'd like to keep it below $125/night, but I'll pay more if the price is right.  Again, this is for my novia and me to get away and be alone for 2 days.  Smiley

Thanks Gentlemen.

Geno,
A suite at the Pacifico Royale should be less than $100.We paid $90 in 2000.Its new and nice, great pool, workout room, ect. In Ciudad Jardine(south) walk to Unicentro.
I think its the nicest place in town, but I haven't stayed at others.

I'd stay at the Hotel InterContinental and you should be able to keep it around 100 US

I HIGHLY recommend Casa Del Alferez!!!  I stayed there the night we got married and we loved it so much that we decided to stay another night.  They have a honeymoon package that is a bargain.  We stayed in a suite with a living area and bathroom and a master bedroom with a working jacuzzi and his and her sinks.  The hotel sits on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood, with excellent full service.  According to my credit card statement the weekend rate was $108 per night, well worth the price.  We loved the place so much that we bought a brand new bath towel for 25,000 pesos.
