DAS official assinated

The new departmental head of DAS of Antioquia (Medellin), Fernando Mancilla, was assinated by motorcycle gunmen while on his way to work this (Thursday) morning. It was his first day on the job, in fact he hadn't even taken the oath yet, he was suppossed to do that when he arrived. Remaining (surviving?) police officials aren't sure yet if it was a rebel attack or revenge from the days when as a prosecutor and later as a judge he presided over several high profile drug cartel trials.
