My fiancee is preparing for her visa interview in Bogota.  She has 2 children for whom she also wants to obtain visas.  The documents say that she must pay $65 to Banco Union Colombia.  I think she has to pay this 3 times, once for her and once for each child.  Does anyone know if this is correct or if the fee is only $65 for all 3 together.

That's only if you're not getting a spousal visa. I remember the medical testing place telling everyone that they had to pay the fee, but when you get to the embassy, the visa consul said you don't need it. I believe it's even stated on the visa form. Also, if it's not a spousal visa, then yes, it is $65 ea.
