K-1 assistance in Cebu City

I have heard from others today, that there is an agency in cebu City that can handle the whole thing from start to finish. Olvis Travel? www.olvis.com from looking at the page it seems like it may be a good choice, Two of the folks I chatted with said that said they had the visa done by these folks and had good results. Anyone out there have any experience with them?

there have been some problems i beleive with otis, the mak-ank thred is pretty straight forward about it.
if your girls has e-mail just have her e-mail me here i will tell her where to get the doc she needs. also she can type in tagaol or visicia as the wife speaks both.
it dont cost nothing to ask.

Hi Victor,

Welcome to P-L!

Read that whole thread on Olvis, that Ray posted the link to. I have no experience with them personally, but have heard a lot of bad things. I had planned on using them at one time and decided not to after hearing the negative comments. Besides the K-1 isn't rocket science. I was so cautious, that Ray finally had to kick me in the butt to get me moving.  Mag-Anak has removed their link and no longer recommends them. People had a lot more negative things to say on the members-only Mag-Anak group, which you can join at Yahoo Groups.

I read that link to Mag Anak  , I really do not see what is the problem with this guy? It sounds logical to me and because he declined a client ? Something he should be able to do if he is the chief. There is no one that says that he messed up the paperwork or anything. I am sure he charges for this service and I bet it is not cheap. But then fooling around with paperwork is not my forte. This is my first shot at these group things and I have been fooling with it for about a week, but from what I see you guys can do a lot of damage out there talking about someone behind their back like that. If there is a problem some one should go to his webpage and send him an e mail or call him. I am going to call him in a few days and ask him about Mag Anak maybe there are two sides to this story?

You are killing me! That guy is is own worse enemy. ROFLMAO! He basically called one guy's fiancee a ho and offered to get him another one through one of his tours. I believe tours to sell or introduce women for marriage in the Philippines is illegal. At least it was the last I heard. Behind his back? This is a public forum. He is allowed to read these forums and respond, but he knows better. Why should we send him emails? It is hard enough for clients to get a response out of him, once he gets your money...or so I have read over and over. Ask him for the cellphone package and if the phone doesn't work, try to get a refund. So many people complained at Mag-Anak that they finally, reluctantly removed a link to his sight. Please Vic...prove me wrong! I really wanted to use him. You are either him or live a very sheltered life.

Good Luck! Let us know if it was worth all of the money. Make sure you post about your ordeal here. I have heard enough bad stories not to risk or waste my money. I appreciate your willingness to do so. Ask him about a contract or money back guarantee and prepare to run. ;o))

Join Yahoo Groups: Mag-Anak. Go to (http://groups.yahoo.com/) Then join Mag-Anak.  Not the Yahoo Clubs Mag-Anak site. Once you join, type Olvis in the search box. Then spend the rest of the weekend reading. If you call them on Monday, I'll be surprised. Your on your own...it's a free country!
