Going through customs Which line? answer

The question concerning entering the USA with your wife of fiance in Miami, and waiting on line. I asked this question to a US Customs Officer when I passed through the USA citizen only line. The US Customs Officer stated that you can bring her thorough the line with you, this will save an hour or more waiting. He also stated that she will have to be interviewed by Immigration which is just behind the Customs Officer's booths. So go to the line with her that states US citizens only.

I just wanted to "triple check" the info on my wifes first time into the US. I've seen the office that you're talking about. It's by the US citizens lines only. I gonna make sure that we have atleast 2 to 3 hours between connecting flights...just in case!

MY wifes best friend returned fron Cali yeasterday,coming through Miami.She said the citizens line is now marked citizens and permanent residents.
The bad news was the American Airlines flight to San Francisco was 5 hours late.
