Hey, greetings......No I was in coach ... and every flight to Cali I've been on has served food, this time we got nuts, and a meal... lol, and they came by at least 3 times asking if you wanted anything to drink. Yes, if you don't eat your meal it could cause trouble. Many "mules" as they are called, attempt to carry contraband by ingesting drugs  wrapped in condoms. Not eating is a tell tale sign.

Craig,
When are you going to fly back down?  I need to fly with you and the others who say American Airlines offer good food and service   :-).  The service I have received on AA is far from the service you and a couple of others have stated.
I always fly AA for one simple reason!  Non-stop service from Miami and the fact that I an AAdvantage members and have already earned a free trip anywhere AA fly’s.  For all of the guys who are planning trips down south, I highly recommend you enroll in a frequent flyer program.  I also get emails from AA about all of the "weekend getaways" with incredible specials to Cali, Medellin and Bogota.  At this very moment AA is offering round trip service to Cali from Miami for $367.00, unfortunately not on the days I travel but I am holding out to see if this offer is going to be extended to August.  AA is also offering daily non-stop service to Medellin and were offering double the points if anyone fly’s there before the end of August.  Just yesterday I bought round trip tickets from Houston to Miami for $191.00.  Do I sound like a commercial for AA or what?

I'd love to Go right back down! Fact is though I'm a single Dad with no more vacation. I think I need to get my novia who I have been dating in Cali for 14 months here on a K-1 visa. By the way for all who may be interested, I asked the  Customs Officer in charge of the Customs booth line I was waiting on, about my novia having to wait on a different line (the line for Non-American's citizens) he said she could get on the same line with me ( this can save some time) but she would have to be interviewed in the INS area behind the glass windows.
