I'm looking for a safe, quiet, yet inexpensive place to stay, maybe in the range of 50K - 70K pesos ($20 - $30) per day. (I'm flexible.)

Suggestions?

Thanks!

The Hotel Da Pietro comes to mind.  Do a search on the Internet for it.  Should be in your price range.  It is located in the Bocagrande, on Carrera 3.

Haven't stayed there personally but reccomended to me by a number of travelers is Hotel Viena, Calle San Andres in Getsemani, Cartagena. Owner is Austrian Hans Kolland and he has an internet cafe in house with ten computers. Clean and safe with price of about $10.
