What about these agencies?

I have been looking at ALL COLOMBIAN GIRLS and LATIN ENCOUNTERS. Are these quality agencies? Does anyone have any info on them good or bad?
Is latin Best a better agency? Any info you have would definately help. I just want to be sure to make the right choice when I book my stay in Cali.

I was in Cali late April and I ended staying at my fiances home. Had I chosen an agency it would have been All Colombain Girls.

In short it would have met my needs (one fee for room and introductions as long as you visit seven days or more ~ it was $75 a day). I was also advised to pick up a week long "membership" at Latin Best ($50).  I think you have to find what meets your needs.  Unless an agency has an outright bad reputation I think youll do fine.   knowing the basics of Spanish wouldn't hurt either.

Hey Chris

I have been going to Cali for many years and I have personally never been ripped off by any marriage agency in Cali. The two agencies you mentioned are quality agencies but there are other good agentcies as well.

 If I where you I would try to make a deal with one of the agencies, where the agency services are included with the price of your room then I would go to all the other agencies and select the one that had the most women that apealed to me.

Rather than fret over which of these two agencies to use, I'd suggest concentrating on preparing yourself.  Either will work and I would not pin your hopes on marriage in one visit (actually, I wouldn't even consider doing it!).  You yourself have far more to do with your eventual success or failure than the agency you select.  Prepare yourself emotionally, physically, and mentally.  Study Spanish.  Identify and rid yourself of baggage.  Decide what's really important in a woman to you (other than looks) and think about what you can look for to identify those traights.  Work on yourself.  Identify what it is you have to offer a lady (other than a green card and a roof & food).

Grooming is particularly important to Latin women and you should try to present yourself well.  Many professional men actually get manicures and use clear nail polish in Colombia (I've refused to do it myself though my wife would like me to!).  Dress well.  Shorts and a tee-shirt don't convey a good image.

Probably the most important thing you should concentrate on is your Spanish skills.  Speaking the language will allow you to get to know the women much better.

    I totally agree about spanish and grooming. How about manners. My past posts about shorts, dirty t-shirts and sandals with dirty toes have been met with "my girlfrriend likes shorts" etc. So I won't bother but I will say a manicure, pedicure and hair cut goes a long way and the total cost in cali is about twenty dollars. The girls also do not like to be body hugged. A peck on the cheek is sufficient until you know her better. The more sophisticated women sometimes do not like to hold hands with strangers.
   While I am on a rant here I would like to say, I have observed two types of men there, the ones that want to fall in love immediately and the ones who are looking for "the one" and that takes time. Suffice to say that a pretty body and face goes along way until you have spent $30,000 and find that you can't live together. I am not saying fast marriages have not been successful. BUT !!! Understand!!  women in a dating agency have agendas and fantasies also, just make sure you are capable of living up to hers'. Us "old timers" are just a little more careful. The old bulls like to walk down the hill. PS if you need a little dental work it is very cheap in Cali. There is a clinic accross from Embanaco hospital, get em polished, TX 681 1924.
