Hi,

I've made reservations for August the 22nd through Sept. 1st. The agency is new so there are not many reports so far. I've communicated with Michael via e-mail and he seems like a nice guy...he was able to answer many questions I had and responded to my mail in a timely manner.

I like the idea that it's $50.00/day for the agency and $50.00 to stay there. You can use one or the other or both. That gives you more flexibility since you don't have to pay up front. If things don't work out, I'll try Classy Colombian ladies.

At least this place doesn't seem to have a lot of the bothersome rules and restrictions that the other agencies have.  During my one stay at an agency, I thought I was back living in a college dorm from an accomodation standpoint and living with my parents from a rules standpoint.  You are also correct about their daily pricing structure, which also allows for financial freedom.
I hope you post a report when you return.
