I have a question to ask the US Consulate in Colombia.  It seems that the only way to do this is via FAX.   Has any one ever faxed them a question?  How long did it take for them to respond? They claim to be to busy to answer emails with all the visa processing that they do.  (Im wondering if it is worth my efforts).
