According to news reports the FARC blew up a major fiber optic nucleus on Monday knocking out the internet in Colombia. El Tiempo reports that it's been at least partially repaired and their page is certainly up and running as well as the other papers. I spoke to Maritza (Amor in Cali) and she said the internet is working but very, very slow so if anyone is experiencing problems that may be the cause.
