For any of you who are thinking about Brazil... I heard something when I was in Sao Paulo that made me wonder...
They have prepaid internet phones down there Cheap. I think the phone costs like $50.
Incoming minutes are free. Outgoing calls are the same as here. You also get free voice mail.
If you were to get one of these phones... and leave a good personal message... you would have a local phone number that the women could call.
Even if you came back to the states... (mind you, the phone won't WORK here... but your voice mail still does. And you can check it by calling into the number...)
Then you could place an ad in the newspaper... or you could answer 100 ads off of BrazilGirls.com... and greatly speed up the turnaround time.
Just a thought that I meant to include in my trip report... but forgot...
