Has anyone had a relationship with these women and waited too long to marry them only to have them end the relationship. Did you regret it?
Here in the US people date a few years, some less. What kind of time frame do they expect, in general.

Most of these women in their own countries date for a few years before marriage just like in the United States. The main reason these marriages occur quickly is because the girls know distance and time is a major factor involved. Most of the girls I have talked to want to have a relationship and want to move to another country and want to have a better life economically. I am sure they would rather not get married and would rather just live with you but unfortunately immigration is the one that forces guys like us and also the women to have to marry rather quickly. Most of the women in Mexico have this view "well I make $30 a day, I can make $100 in the U.S., all the guys here are pigs and cheat on me, I met an American guy who is nice to me and treats me well, and hes ok looking, why not get married?" I think when they weigh in all the factors involved, that is the reason these marriages happen rather quickly.
