I have finally found what I was looking for in Cali. As many of you know, I will be in Cali for a few months to both find my wife and to study Spanish in a 'Spanish Immersion Program'.
Well, I have found what I was looking for. They have hosting family arrangements, immersion courses, and the whole nine yards; and then some!
If you are interested in staying in Cali, for a few months, to bone up on either your spanish or want to learn spanish, I have found the following site(s) helpful:

This specific site is geared towards foreigners who are wanting to learn spanish in a Spanish Immersion Institute.
