Mexico

I have been to Colombia twice to search for my future mate. I am now considering Mexico. I am Canadian so it is easy for a Mexican lady to visit here. For me I would like the lady to come here to know each other very well and see if she likes its here before comitting to marriage. I am planning to go to the central area north of Mexico city find a nice medium sized city and stay 5-6 weeks. I will look for a furnished aprt. to rent. I plan to advertise in the local paper and see how it goes. Patrick I recall your posts earler about your ad in the papers there. Do you think I would get many responses? Any others experiences in Mexico?

I don't know why, but Mexico D.F. has always been a bad place for ads, at least for intro. agency ads.  I never tried a personal ad there.  A few years ago I had really good results from personal ads in Monterrey, Chihuahua, and Mexicali.

Perhaps we just didn't find a good newspaper in Mexico D.F., but the results from that city, despite it's large population were never as good as Monterrey.  Maybe personal ads do better there than agency ads.  I know that's pretty true anywhere in Mexico.  It's pretty conservative and not many ladies are willing to join a marriage agency.

Pack I was kinda wondering what you mean by mexicali being a tough city?  I know of someone who just recently met a girl there.  Thanks
