I lived in a cheap hotel right on "printers' alley", there were about 8 or 10 of them and two big book printers in about a 3 block stretch of Donato Guerra/Articulo 123 (same street, changes it's name when it crosses Bucareli). Heck, probably 1/2 of the entire Mexican publishing industry was within a 5 block radius of the corner of Bucareli and Donato Guerra. Anyway, I suggest you do a web search for their address. If I remember right, La Prensa has the largest circulation, but don't know if they accept that kind of ad.
