Time difference...Cali and Los Angeles???

Could someone please confirm if Cali is four hours ahead of Los Angeles? I do not believe they follow daylight savings time...

Three hours but it will change back to two in the spring.  Cali is very close to the equater and so the idea of daylight savings makes no sense.  Days and nights are more or less 12 hours long all year round.  The sun rises at about 6AM and sets near 6PM.
