... in response to FAIRY TALE  ....., posted by may10 on May 9, 2001

Here's another thing that I wonder about.  You mention about "2 people meant for each other find each other."

I really wonder if a lot of marriage is more about 2 of the right KIND of people finding each other.  I believe that life is built on character...you won't go much further in life that your character will take you.

Water seems to rise to it's own level.  You get just about what you bargain for in marriage.  I mean, Mother Theresa doesn't marry Al Capone.  The Virgin Mary doesn't go out with Bill Clinton.

Wow.....I think I'll surely get flamed on this one.

Exactly what I meant by.... 2 people being  MEANT FOR EACH OTHER.....*S*

I surely doubt, someone who doesn't value fidelity and honesty would be that someone for me.

Love is a verb, something you DO, not something you find, fall into, or trip over.

Because without love--there will be no trust, no ambition to make your family life better, no caring, no giving and no loyalty.

Love precedes everything you need to make a marriage/relationship work.

Sometimes two winners are allowed!

As a sports person I consider a tie a loss, but in issues in a loving relationship a tie can "tie" two hearts together forever!

So, accept your great blessings, your tie!

Blessings,

You are not nearly as sweet without Honey. You are the luckiest. But, she is a close second. ;o)

You get what you think you believe you have.  And I am so happy to have been so lucky and blessed by my Heavenly Father.  He obviously made this woman to my exact needs and all for me.

she could be on time or even help out just a little.  I had to wait at least 20 years for her (always late that woman) and she landed on the wrong side of the planet too!!!  She how lucky I am to have found her when she was lost like that!!!

Bear,

What is it with these Filipinas? My fiancee was 20 years late too and lives 10,000 miles away. Oh well...you have to take the very...very...very good, with the little bit of bad. ;o))

Do you remember this line:

"Ang hirap sa iyo, una kang ipinanganak"?
