trip report 3

So the next day I went out w/ "R" and the owner of LE ("M") to the zoo and this is where my research on this board paid off as far as red flags go.When we went to the zoo "M" went to pay for herself and her little neice and "R" was trying to insist that I pay for "M". "M" shot her a dirty look as I think she really wanted things to work out between us. That was my first clue that there was no interest there and as they day went on it was obvious there was no chemistry between us at all.
So we went back to agency and prepared for the party. The difference between this party and Fridays party was night and day. There were at least 20 women and probaly 5 guys and these women were beautiful. I immediatly took the girl I thought was most attractive and went to the side to conversate with her. Soon the music was pumping and everybody was dancing. A guy who was staying at allcolombiangirls named Scott came over. He was a real cool guy and I was happy to kick with a normal american guy as the other guys from the US i had met thus far were pretty boring. I was splitting my time between this girl that was absolutly gorgeous and another girl who was real pretty and very aggresive with her interest in me. She could really dance well and I love to dance so we hit off. After talking to both of them, they were lovely and beautiful, but I could just tell they were not my type. Man this was getting frustrating I must need to have my head examined!
Right as I was thinking that my good friend shirley who is the secretary tells me that a girl that I had picked out to meet from the books was there. I looked up and BOOM!! it happened bro. What everyone always says which I thought was ridicuolus before hit me like a kick in the neck. I cant sit here and say I knew that this girl was going to be my wife just by looking at her but I can tell you I felt something weird like I already knew her or something. Ive been single all my life and dated alot and ive never felt that before. After about 15 minutes of conversation I knew that this had mad potential. She was pretty and the sweetness factor was a 10+ I spent most of the party dancing and talking with her. It was crazy here I am surrounded by beautiful women and I cant stop focusing on this one girl. We are all over each other like weve known each other our whole lives and people are cracking jokes like "Whens the wedding?" and so forth. Scott comes over and tells me I must be crazy because the gorgeous girl I first danced with and the aggresive girl are really sweating me hard. Before I blow myself up to much let me put this in perspective there were only 4 other guys there and 2 of them could barely put 2 sentences together and I was the youngest guy there by 10 years. So with that many women and those few guys the women are all competing for attention but even with that said Man it feels pretty good to the ego.
 Anyway alot us of went dancing that night and I stuck with my girl thruout although those 2 girls were trying every trick in the book thru the night to get my attention off my girl. I wasnt falling for it. If one good thing came of me sitting on the fence for 2 years is that I learned alot of what not to do. I had a list of what i called "the vet rules" that I was not going to break. One thing was not to try to focus on to many women at once. The night came to an end and I gave this beautiful Calena a kiss goodnight and promised we'd see each other the next day. Can anyone guess which one of the "vet rules" I end up breaking? Ill let you know in the next part.

Aaaahhhh what a feeling...

I remember it all to well. Dancing under the stars at the Palace. Surrounded by lovely ladies, dancing my tail off...
When she (Stivalis) appeared... I froze like a deer staring into oncoming headlights! Yes, yes Stezo, you've been struck my man.

I know the feeling when you meet the lady of your dreams. It's a strange thing.....somehow you just know she's the one. When I met my wife in Jan of 2000, I knew within 2 hrs. that if I had the chance to marry her someday I would and told the guys I stayed with at The Palace. Carpe Deim(SP) Stezo!!

Hola, Stezo: I just wanted to give you an up date on what's been happening. It's Ruben, remember? I am still with Andrea and we are going strong. I am returning to Cali on Dec. 3rd...But this time I will be renting an apartment untill the 11th. Andrea worked out a great deal with some Co. for $30.00 a night for a fully furnished one bedroom in the north part of Cali by Recardo's (Heff's). I am planing on having an other great vacation!!!!! Hey Ruben of course I remember you bro. I thought we had the most in common from the guys there as far as knowing what we were looking for. Im planning on going in February so I dont know if well run into each other but we will keep in touch. I hope things work out w/ Andrea Im sure if you feel shes right for you she must be special because like I said it seemed like you knew exactly what you were looking for. Later amigo

Thanks for emailing me your phone number. It was nice talking to your bro.  I tell you what, my insight is definately alot better now that you told me what to expect when I finally do go to Cali.
