I use worldxchange.com. I just looked it up and for .16cents per minute you can call colombia. That's cheap! For every 60 minutes you're on the phone, you'll pay $9.60 and for every 3 hours you'll pay $28.80.
When I find my wife in Cali, I will definately put worldxchange.com into good use.

P.S...Before I forget, and for those of you who are in any kind of position of losing hope about find a Colombian wife, here's what happened to me and what I just did yesterday.
My father is a medical doctor(a radiologist who reads x-rays, CAT Scans, etc...). He's a big advocate of finding a 'real' wife. Back in the day, when he just got out of residency from St. Lukes hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, he was lonely and wanted a wife. Back then, it was alot easier to find a 'good' wife. But, the story is different today.
I told him about my decision about finding a wife in Cali, Colombia. His first words were, "Son, go for it. If I weren't married, heck man, I would do the same darn thing. These women, of today, just aren't worth the makeup they put on".
Now, from the above encouragement, I did something that I was very proud of and something that tested my faith in those of you who are doing and have done what I want to do(got engaged or go married).
I have a friend, who is 37 years old. She calls me up yesterday and ask me if I was still single(she asked me this literally!). I told her that I was still single. Well, fellas, mind you, this women as a 13 year old daughter. I couldn't and wouldn't even see myself dating or marrying this women. No doubt, she's a beautiful women, but I just can't see myself being with someone who has a 13 year old child that not only has discipline problems, but is messy, sassy, likes to talk back, and don't respect the word "NO". Besides that, I want to have 2 children, and by the time I have them she would have been 39 or 40 years old! By the time she's 55, those children would only be 15 and younger!
Nope...thanks but no thanks, as I told her. I want to remain single until I find me wife. She told me, "you'll always be single because you're trying to find miss perfect!". Well, needless to say, this got me angry and impatient. I told her that I'm not trying to find miss perfect, but I sure as hell don't want to be stuck with a women who is going to be old and grey by the time my children are in middle school.
She asked me where was I going to find my wife. Well, as I said, Cali, Colombia sure looks good to me. And, besides, I have found 5 if not more successful models who are doing what I want to do. And, who have either had disasterous times with their fiance's and marriages. The best thing I can do is jump off of their shoulders of mistakes and experience what they went through while they were finding their own wives in Cali, Colombia.
I tell you what fellas, I could have sworn that this womens teeth went through the phone and bit my whole head off. The next thing I know she's telling me, "those women just want to come over here, off of a green card, and take you for everything you go. Don't be an idiot by going to another country to find a so-called wife. You can do better than that if you just stayed in america". This made me angry and impatient. I said, "listen, american women are already divorcing american men at twice the rate that american men are divorcing women. Worthlessly, these same american women, who claim to be independent, are the very same women who are divorcing these men! Hell, 50-60% of the divorces occur within the first 5 years. And, you're telling me that I'm an idiot for going to another country to find me wife! Don't be stupid...if you told me that I had a plane to catch to china, but the landing gears only came out 40% of the time to land, do you think I would be going to china?....Nope. And, this is the same concept that I have approached for thinking about marrying an american women. I will have a better chance, by at least 75% of being successful in Cali, Colombia, than I would in american; when it comes to finding a 'real wife'.
So, as a result of this whole conversation, I declined to have thanksgiving with her and I also decline to even start dating her. As a matter of fact, I told her that any opportunities that come my way with any american women, I will surely decline and not even think twice about it.
My wife is in cali. Period....
