Aces resumed normal USA-Colombia service Saturday. Avianca is suppossed to anounce today (Monday) when it will resume, but I didn't see the anouncement yet.

Men who live close to the Mexican border, may want to consider taking Mexican Airlines to Colombia to avoid the shutdowns in America.  I have taken flights before from Tijuana.  It was simple.  I arrived early and parked in the parking lot closest to the border.  I told the attendant I would be gone for a week and he directed me to a special location where I could park my car.  The cost was $7 a day.  I walked across the border with my luggage and took a Taxi to the Airport on the Mexican side.  The time to the Airport from the border was less than 10 minutes.  You have to buy a visa at the airport for about $20.  But, it is good for 6 months.  Last Sunday I came across the border.  They had detectors and more security but the wait was still only 40 minutes.

well if thats true then i would take advantage of low ticket prices now...because prices of tickets in the near future will rise very high much higher than we are used to paying. so get em will you can!
