Daylight hours in South, Central America

All,

I know that as the daylight hours get shorter here in North America, they get longer in South America.  But what about Central America and the Carribean?

We are north of the equater and so our days get shorter while those countries south of the equater get longer.  That's not all the countries in S.A. btw.  Colombia is north of the equater but only by a few degrees so the days and nights in Cali for instance remain pretty much the same all year long.  Central America is north of the equater like here but because they are much closer to the equater I would not expect the change to be nearly as dramatic.
