the address to Margareth @ Latin encounters? Im supposed to mail her a deposit for my trip. SHe sent me an email w/ the address but its a little confusing to me and I want to make sure I send it the right way. Here is the address as I plan to send it.

Santa Monica Norte
Is that correct? Is this how the format goes for a address in Cali? Thank you for your help

I have or had should I say an apartment near there.   I'd address it as follows:

Margareth XXXXXXXX
Calle 23N 6AN-34
Cali, Colombia S.A.

The Santa Monica Norte is not needed , it's the name of the barrio.  If you are using any express service, be sure to include Margareth's phone number but drop the 011-572 and only put the seven digit number.

As an aside, once you understand the address system it's real easy getting around in Cali.  The address above indicates that Margareth's agency is located on Calle 23 Norte.  The closest cross street would be Avenida 6A Norte and her house number is 34.
