packs cali trip #4

got back to latin internet just in time for my appointments. first girl was a very pretty girl we spoke for about an hour she was very polite and classy but i felt no love connection so we said our goodbyes, i found out later that she was one of cali-vets favorites.

next girl was attractive and very nice , she seemed very happy to see me like i was an old lost friend. come to find out she had seen me almost two years earlier at a latin connection party and had wanted to meet me but margoth had told her i was engaged to L . we talked awhile and then i walked her to her cab. i hate to sound so picky but i am thats why i never called her again ...she had a huge tattoo of a rose on her breast for all the world to see and it was a turnoff for me so she was out of the question. i showered and called a cab i was off to norms place.

arrived at Norms and was greeted by him at the gate , he gave me a tour of his agency we sat and talked for about an hour, i didnt ask to look at his books and he didnt offer but we enjoyed our talk. he has an excellent billards table upstairs. he told me about his plans to move across the street to a bigger facility and pointed it out to me. Norm has got to be the nicest guy in cali very friendly and personable. we said our goodbyes and i was off to Latin Encounters for a party.

arrived at latin encounters the party was already in process , i would guess about 8 to 10 gringos and 35 to 40 girls. i was immediately greeted by margereth and ushered over to a group of girls i spoke with the 4 or 5 girls for about 15 minutes then decided to wonder around awhile.no soner did i get up and Ricardo ( margereths x husband) greeted me and quickly ushered me to another group of girls one of them was a knockout but seemed attached to another gringo so i just looked and didnt touch. during the evening Ricardo approched me and said you know i have my own agency now ? i told him i had heard this through planet love board. he invited me to come by sometime and check it out he gave me his card. i had talked with several girls and gathered about 3 phone numbers but the party was starting to thin out and i decided it was time to go.

i said my goodbyes and was headed for the door when in walked two beautiful girls that looked like they were from southern calif. i lived in Del Mar calif. for about a year back in the mid 80"s and these girls could have passed for a native. i looked at them they looked at me and we all sat down and started talking we hit it off, they were gigling and flirting and i was blushing. over came one of the girls that works with margereth Ruth(a real sweetie) she translated for us. someone mentioned food so the four of us decided to go out for a bite to eat.

we went down the street to a pizza place we spent about an hour eating and talking. it turns out the blonds are sisters and they are both interested in me so...i get their numbers and walk all three girls back to LE you should have seen the looks we were getting.well its getting late we all say our goodbyes and go our separate ways.

i get back to latin internet just in time to see the arrival of Cali-vet and his sidekick Ken. we all go out to the pool side and drink vodka and talk to the late hours. tomarrow is another day.

I kno Ruth and she is a sweetheart. Have you met her sister? Now, there is a hottie that is unbeleivable!

I'll be back in Cali for the new Years festivities.

hi tommi, yeah Ruth is a real sweetie isnt she and a unique personality too. yea met her sister i think shes engaged to a guy in washington d c.

Every time I read one of these reports, I come down with a severe case of Cali fever.  That whole area near Margareth's is my old stomping grounds, dammmmn I miss it.  Anyway, what you said was a bad trip sounds pretty good so far.  I'd almost kill to be in Cali right now but it looks like it's not happening until October.  BTW, good report.....

yeah i guess it wasnt that bad of a trip afterall , but the stories not over yet...it gets better. did you say October? im going back down in November...maybe.

I return to Cali on August 31 and plan to get married on September the 2nd I have been to Cali 3 times and have gotten 3 new gringos to go with me my typing skills are horrible so i do not post often i have a 1 year membership to latin encounter James asked if I would be willing to give it away if anyone will be there on august 30 or 31 I would meet them there and talk to them about transfering it over

Dave, I've been afraid to email Zuleima.  My employers won't let me take my vacation until our project ends in October so it looks like September 2nd is definitely out.  It would have worked out perfectly as my novia's birthday is the same week of your wedding.  Anyway, I'll send her an email in the next day or so.....

Sorry to hear that i saw your post yesterday and i told Zuly she was very sad but she understood she thinks you are a very special person We are in the middle of gathering info for the embassy we will go to Bogota on September 3rd and i have purchased her a ticket for Septtember 24 i hope all goes smoothly Sorry again that you can't come good luck

You gotta a good memory HODA. I had almost forgotten about that terrible night I drank a "little" too much and ran into the table.   My whole Cali deal is this, if my employer will let me go I'm there.  I'd like to spend about four months a year there.  Anyway, my next window of oppurtunity looks like October although nothing is ever in stone.  I'd like to stay through XMAS but that mighht be pushing it.  You got a wedding planned during that time???  (-:
