I have been moving money down to Colombia for my wedding and for expenses for my soon to be wife and daughter.
What has happenned twice now is that at a DAVIVIENDA automated teller the machine printed out a receipt but didn't dispense the money.
The first time which was about 3 months ago she went in and complained and they said in 30 days the money would be deposited back in my account, this never happened. This happened again last week and she went in to complain and was this time given a piece of paper for reclamation. We are using different tellers now.
I would avoid this bank if possible, Sorry I don't have the address of this particular branch.
Maybe this will save someone a headache
