agency closed?

is it true ...does anyone know for sure??? there has been talk over the last few weeks of yet another agency closing its doors. i just recieved a call from a friend who says that Latin Love is closing its doors. does anyone have any information to confirm that?

I haven't heard that Latin Love was closing its doors but a guy who was there recently said they seemed to be heading in that direction and he thought Bud would have to take it back from the new owner,who seems to not be doing a good job.
I thought Latin Love was a great place when I staid there in late 1999.I met my wife there.Bud was very involved in the agency.He always had time to talk and would fix any problems.He had a great manager,Ruby.Then Ruby left and Bud's wife and family tried to manage the agency and Bud either lost interest or got too busy doing his other businesses to keep track of it.
It was such a great place.I hope someone can revive it.

thing you are Pete...

I met Stivalis there in Sept of 99. Even though I haven't stayed there in awhlie, the Palace will forever hold a special place in my life. Ruby was the best, has anybody heard anything from/about her? I truly hope whoever has controlling interest can keep it open. Between the Palace & Norm's place, I feel they offer the best value/experience for the first timer....

Ruby was going to go to Florida and start an agency with latinas who are already in the states,but the last  heard she was still in Cali.When my wife was at the embassy in Bogota on 3/06/2000 she saw her there.I think she was trying to get a visa.
I have to think that if Ruby had not left Latin Love would be thriving today.An excellent manager like her can make all the difference.Plus she was a great person to know and I think cared about the guys and also the women she was putting together.There's a thought for whoever might take over Latin Love.Find Ruby and make her an offer she can't refuse.
Of course there is nothing like success to create fond memories.Some guys,particularly recently didn't have the same experience we did.I loved the place.I would stand out by the pool and say to myself,its just like the pictures and here I am staying here.Even if I hadn't met my wife it would be the best vacation I ever had.
I see jumping John alot.He was at my mother in laws place in Cali yesterday and returning home today.My mother in law said his Novia was beautifull and also a nice person.My wife uses him as kind of a delivery service(and every other guy from here we know who goes down there).Ma Ma has him over for dinner and gives him a bunch of things to carry back,and then we have him over for dinner and get the stuff,and then send more stuff for when he goes next.Of course its nice to have a guy around that goes down once a month.He said he is really going to miss the trips when he gets married.Another mutual friend here says he will believe he is getting married when he sees it,he thinks he is in love with the hunt.
So what are you up to recently?You have to win the award for patience in a courtship.I bet you are saving up some good posts.

Bumped into Jumpin John at the airport when I arrived. He was going to Joe's wedding the following day. He wanted me to hang out with him & Keith for Joe's bachelor party. Joe was scheduled to get married the following day. From past experience with bachelor parties....I would never party the night before my wedding. I said John, my first night in Cali & you want me to leave Stivalis & run with you guys for a "Bachelor Party"? He said, yeah that wouldn't be too smart a move on your part. I hooked up with Keith, but missed Pac. I'm quite sure one or both of them will be there, when I return shortly...

- Just got back from Cali this weekend. Already started tallying up the I.O. HOWARD at work to get away in a couple of months...

just recieved two emails one guy said he had also heard LL was closing its doors . the second guy said just the opposite he said he knows for a fact that LL is not closing down but he went on to say there is another agency that is closing in cali but its not LL. ok back to my first question is there anyone out there that knows which agency is closing its doors in cali?

I have heard that Robert is working to fix the palace back up to its former splendor, and have heard nothing else about another agency closing their doors. The Last time I saw Ruby, she was trying to put together a service reselling the services of a Cali Agency out of Miami.
