On my trips to Cali, I had the opportunity to go to some of the dance clubs on Avenida Sexta(6th Ave). A few times that I went I met some great ladies who had decided to spend the night dancing with their friends. What I found interesting is that they didn't live in Cali. Apparently a number of women work in the city, share apartments while working during the week, and on the weekend, leave to their (in this case farms) homes, outside the city. These girls were fantastic, beautiful, and never belonged to any agency. So I think it's an avenue to approach, if some of you want to meet women who have no ties to an agency yet. You need to have some Spanish ability, pocket translator works. I would try Friday night, because the ladies head out Saturday for the weekend. Me on the other hand found love walking through a door of an agency, and never gave her the chance to sign up. Give it a try.

Are you new here? Stating that it is possible to actually meet Latinas in a more traditional method will be met with some criticism here.

You better have a list of "success stories", or be prepared to hear how "nice" girls don't go to bars!

What are you going to suggest next? Meeting them in the "food courts" at the mall?

Seriously, Avenida Sexta is filled with nice girls that love to dance. It is very rare to see them say no to an offer for a dance.

Learn some Spanish, maybe how to dance Salsa or Merengue and give it a whirl.

I am not saying, this method is BETTER than going to an agency, just that there are alternatives to try in ADDITION to agencies.
