I will be sending the paperwork soon to the INS at the TSC. I didnt get a lawyer because seems fairly straight forward. I was going to get a lawyer if i started to run into serious snags, which is possible. Ive filled out the I129f form, the two biological forms(and have them both signed by each of us), and the pictures to the exact specs they laid out. (which was a pain in the a** to get in Peru) ..also have all the proof we met, pics, tickets, reciepts,ect....i have copy of my birth certificate, passport (both noterized)..and i have letter for both of us saying we are single and intend to marry each other both have signed.....so what am i missing? I know i need to do cover letter and list the items im sending. which is no biggy, what about the affidavit of support? I read that she needs that there when she goes to embassy. I was thinking of sending one with these forms to the INS too...just to cover my basis. As far as filling out the forms i feel good about that, i called them :)and asked them exactly how to fill out some of the questions on the bio form and they told me....Well, im writing you guys because I always like to get advice especialy when i know someone already done it. You guys are blazing the trail for me. Smiley so give me some thoughts, opinions, advise, insight, luck, karma, and what ever else i need to get this thing through the INS...hehehe...:)Golden I got another question for you guys later but ill save it for another post.

If Peru is like Bogota your novia should receive in pack 3 and 4 ANEXO C (for sponser) which is affidavit of support(I-134)and they also ask for other info like copies of 2 ys. 1040, current
pay slips, letter from bank and work.
regards,
Marty
