Hi Doug:

One more quick question.  Do I have to have the notarized  paper that contains all the facts about my birth certificate
also apostillized even though the birth certificates have been certfied by the secretary of state and they have been apostillized.

                                                                                                                          thanks

In all seriousness, it is very appropriate for me to share the hard-fought knowledge I've gained personally with others.  It is very unappropriate however to share the information received by Gary Bala.

Sure some of the information he provides is common sense (for some).  Some of it is available from other sources (if you are able to filter the good info from the bad).  Other valuable info definitely IS NOT.  THAT is why I shelled out my plata, and encourage others to do so if it is appropriate for them.

As far as shadowing me, don't know that you want to do that either as every case is different.  Your case could sail through and mine could easily get bogged down......

The basic answer to your question is no.  Just apos. and not. the BC.  First though, contact the consul in question to determine their requirements.

BTW, still looking for that couple who has completed the DCF process in under 20 days w/o attorney.  THOSE people are the authorities, not me.

Good Luck To All
