San Francisco Ca. 2-day cultural bash expected to draw crowd of 15,000. 2-day event at Yerba buena Gardens has gained importance over the last decade as the Bay Area's Filipino population has grown to more than 300,000 people-the largest concentration of Philippine-born residents living outside the country. The festival starts today Saturday from 11am to 5pm at Yerba Buena Gardens, located between 3rd and 4th, mission and folsom streets. The Filipino parade will be on Sunday at noon.
