San Francisco Ca. 2-day cultural bash expected to draw crowd of 15,000. 2-day event at Yerba buena Gardens has gained importance over the last decade as the Bay Area's Filipino population has grown to more than 300,000 people-the largest concentration of Philippine-born residents living outside the country.
