Guys,

My wife came here with a K3 visa, and she chose not to take the vaccinations over there in PInas because we were trying to have a baby when she would get here. Now, she is 2 months away from her AOS interview and the INS sent her a letter with the I-693 form. This Sh%t is expensive. I know that she did all the physical there except the Vaccinations. My question is, Does the INS keep the medical record that my wife brought with her to the port of entry? I want to know this because I need to make sure that she has all the documents of the medical check up that she had at Luke Hospital.

HOW DO I DO THIS???

SALAMAT!

They should have all records from the US Embassy in Manila sent to your district office.  I had a glimpse at my files during the interview at the US Embassy and at the INS Denver office - they were the originals my husband filed.  They did not see my St. Luke's records during my AOS interview though and that caused a month's delay.  My husband said he should've have asked to checked the file himself, something he can do since he is the petitioner.  They called us a month later to apologize and said the files were right there and they missed it.
Anyway, yes they should have her St. Luke's papers in her file.  Those shots are expensive here and as most government-required medical tests/shots are not covered by your insurance company.
