The "new" form that the embassy in Colombia is referring to is the DS-156, which has been in use for years in other countries. Most embassies, including Manila, require the DS-156, DS-157, and DS-158 for NIV's.

Looks like the Bogota embassy is trying to catch up with the rest of the planet.

Thanks! I thought that was pretty funny that the embassy in Colombia now wants a phone number and address for the petitioner. Heck they practically do a genealogy search already on both parties in the Philippines. ;o)))

..at least to the Philippines. K-1 and K-3 Visas are processed like an Imigration Visa at the Manila Embassy and not as non-Immigration Visas. The only thing I'm aware of is a fee increase to assist funding for homeland security. Ray, please correct me if I am wrong!
