FORT WORTH, Texas, Jun 17, 2003 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --

Bet you probably didn't even know Midland is the half way point of Ft. Worth and El Paso.   Man, talk, about some flat country....that's where I learned to install autoglass and I even did a 10,000 hour inspection on a Citation 550 for some big oil tycoon while working at the local FBO.

The say is: If you want to raise a family moved to Midland, if you want to raise hell moved to Odessa,TX.

When I'm over at Fort Bragg they wouldn't let me out. Haven't got a plane but I've done a lot of time in a Gulfstream V corporate jet. What's your price on the Garmin 530. I think it costed us $13,900 installed on one of our planes.

But alot of people are putting these garmins in the smaller puddle jumper planes.  Hey, I just mow the lawn at the airport...and tinker with the other A&P's.

I let the avionics types chase wires.

Actually, I meant the 430 instead of the 530.

...430 in my L39. Garmin is nice stuff but not cheap, at 15K the 530 better be good. I think the new UPS Apollo unit will be better than the 530.
